Jobenia Parker’s journey into the realm of real estate commenced at the age of 26 with the significant milestone of purchasing her first home. Personally having experienced the positive outcomes of collaborating with a professional and knowledgeable agent during this process, ignited her passion for real estate. Ultimately leading her to obtain her real estate license in Maryland in 2003.

Over the next five years, she fully immersed herself in the real estate industry by building personal relationships with clients, focusing on client needs, and building her personal real estate investment portfolio. However, due to life events, Jobenia’s real estate career paused. Then in 2012, she crossed paths with her now-husband, Mark Parker, owner of Satisfied Home Builders, LLC. Driven by a desire for them to collaborate, Jobenia obtained her real estate license and they have established a team where they both provide exceptional real estate services to individuals and families seeking their dream homes.

With a rich tapestry of life experiences, Jobenia brings a unique perspective to the industry, underscored by family-centric values that infuse warmth, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist others in every transaction.
